About the Author

Amy Grubb is a founder and principal at Cloud Consulting Partners, Inc., a SuccessFactors consulting partner and full-service HCM consultancy focused on implementing cloud solutions. She has consulted in the HCM space for over 15 years, spending eight years in Deloitte's Human Capital Management practice. She currently teaches the Recruiting Mastery course for SuccessFactors University, where she trains consultants to implement Recruiting Execution.

Luke Marson is Director of Cloud HCM & Technology Solutions at HRIZONS LLC and an SAP Mentor.
