It is about adopting strategies (which are quite easy), that will help you either become comfortable in the body you already have, or help you transform your body into the body you want to have.

Since success isn't one thing to all people, The Successful Body is written by multiple authors from varying backgrounds, locations, and areas of expertise. The book is divided into three sections of Fitness, Nutrition, and Mindset with author contributors writing stand-alone chapters that answer questions such as:

The goal of the book is for authors to highlight their unique experiences regarding the body, mindset, and success, but for each message to be relatable to people from any walk of life.

ERIK SEVERSEN is on a mission to inspire people. He holds a master's degree in anthropology and is a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Erik takes from years of teaching at the university level and years of real-life experience to motivate people to take action creating extreme success in business and in life. Erik lives with his wife and two boys in Los Angeles.
