The futuristic Sugure City has a dichotomy of wealth. Those who live on the surface indulge in opulence while the rest of the residents reside underground, subjected to harsh economic oppression. Corruption is ripe amongst the surface society. Gangs, drugs, violence, and prostitution are rampant in the underground population as people scuffle for survival.

Hana struggles with her own identity as she comes of age in the Sugure City. As fortuity unfolds, Hana must choose between the corrupt or the criminal. Determined to defy the destiny society dictates, she risks it all to advance her status within the city. How far is she willing to push her moral boundaries and at what cost?
