In-8° (cm- 20,7x13,7), pp. 32. Bross. edit. verde con tit. entro cornici di filetti. Per nulla polemico, conferma le posizioni del Gioda-. Difende la laicità dell'insegnamemto, compito dello Stato, l'istruzione primaria sia obblidatoria, data dallo Stato, sia civile. Lìinsegnante sia elevato in dignità. Difende IL ruolo dello Stato nella secondaria (che si voleva passare alle Province) e le discipline classiche ("la morte delle lingue è quella delle nazioni"). Propone che la storia della Filosofia sia scritta per le scuole da Ausonio Franchi, allora fortemente avverso alle ideologie clericali. Raro.
