The brown recto of the ffep has a non-author gift inscription dated June 28, 1881. Whitish halo on the brown end papers. An early gathering (roughly pages 3-16) is very lightly shaken. The contents otherwise appear clean and securely bound, albeit with a bit of age-appropriate tanning.
