The Summit: A Fable About Integral Transformation

With the help of an ancient fable from India, this book addresses the role of evolving consciousness in promoting personal development and opening possibilities for self-realization. The idea that human consciousness gradually unfolds and spirals during the course of one's entire life is now well accepted. But a lack of effort can cause people to become stuck at a lower level. As a result, they may never reach the heights of creativity and self-actualization to which they aspire. The Summit provides answers to several intricate questions:What is consciousness? What is our true potential as human beings? What holds us back from realizing our potential? What integral practices are helpful in moving us from one level to the next? What happens when we reach the highest level of consciousness?Part Two of the book is a Practitioner's Guide that contains maps, integral practices, practical exercises, meditations, affirmations and other tools, covering the whole spectrum of body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit, to empower anyone trying to achieve high levels of self-awareness. The book provides resources for gaining extraordinary outcomes in one's personal and professional life. Let The Summit introduce you to a new way of thinking about life's challenges and guide you on the path to personal greatness!
