The Sun Didn't Rise: An Illustrated Children's Book

In this cute cause-and-effect book, one thing *doesn't* lead to another when the sun decides to sleep late. In addition to cause and effect, the book highlights the farm-to-table chain of cows' milk --> to dairy --> to supermarket --> to your breakfast table. This is a fun read-aloud for toddlers, and an easy step into reading for K-1st graders. The illustrations are engaging and cute--they're sure to capture any child's imagination.

BC Dee has been an author of children's stories since age five. His first professional submission was to Cricket magazine when he was nine. His daughter. Isabel is the inspiration for his stories replete with playful insights into children and the world around them. The Girl Who Drank the Moon is Isabel's favorite story by her daddy. She loves to read, and often dances with the moon- even after bedtime. A life-long educator, BC Dee has taught in one middle school, two high schools, one community college, and three universities.
