The Sun Also Rises, First Edition, First State Dustjacket (Unrestored)

The Sun Also Rises, Ernest Hemingway (1926), 1st Edition, 1st State with “stoppped” error on page 181. With a mostly unrestored FIRST STATE DUSTJACKET with 2.00 price on inner front flap. “In Our Times” error present. Condition: Jacket is in very good condition. Bright and glossy. The jacket is frayed along the bottom edges but otherwise the jacket is in great condition. A couple of closed tears and bit of wear at the folds. The wear is consistent with the wear of jacket that’s been married to another book. Book is in very good condition with minimal wear. Note: The book is slightly taller than the jacket even though the jacket is full sized and has NOT been trimmed. I measured the jacket and it is the correct 7.5 inches in height. I have another first state copy without the jacket and compared the two and this copy is about 1 cm taller than my other copy.
