About this Item

First Edition thus(Unknown printing) following the Scribner's trade edition. In black cloth with tipped on red paper title labels with blacktype to front board and spine which has some wear and bottom left corner missing. Top page ends tinted red, but too dark, so possible some pigment applied at a later date. Three of four corners dinged with some fraying to same. Fraying to top of rear board near spine as well and some wear to spine ends with minimal to board ends. Several faint spot stains to boards and some spots to bottom page ends. Bookplate to front pastedown and tanning to endpapers. Solid binding. In brand new high quality facsimile jacket.
