About the Author
In his first book, BodyWHealth: Journey to Abundance, he makes this knowledge accessible to all seeking health, happiness, and prosperity. In his workshops and coaching for individuals, couples, and parents, he takes his clients beyond physical well-being. Using his deep mastery of applied neuroscience, Roddy guides his clients toward mastery of their own brains, removing intrinsic barriers to success. Through his work, he inspires enduring self-belief and hope from deep within. A natural educator, Roddy explains complex biology in simple metaphors. He combines incisive intellect with his healing touch and a warm, conversational tone to bring insight and encouragement to everyone who reads his work.
More importantly, Roddy has devoted his best efforts to being a committed husband and father.
Roddy composed this anthology of personal reflections after the death of his wife, Karen, following her courageous battle with cancer. In them, he describes his inspirational journey through grief to find fresh hope in the promise and power of the sun.
