He is the Executive Director of Holtz Learning Centers, Ltd., a center for in-service police training and continuing eduction for law enforcement officers and criminal justice students.
David A. Paprota, M.A.
David Paprota is the Director of Operations for the Holtz Learning Centers, Ltd. He has 12 years law enforcement experience and currently serves as a Police Lieutenant with the Lacey Township Police Department. Mr. Paprota has earned an A.S. degree in Social and Public Service, a B.S. in Criminal Justice, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Education (Supervision & Administration). He has a Graduate Certificate in Leadership & Management from Seton Hall University, and is a charter member of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Field Training Officers, a member of the Association for the Society of Law Enforcement Trainers, and is currently a New Jersey State Certified Instructor. He has received extensive education and training in leadership, management, and supervision, including the West Point Command & Leadership Program. Mr. Paprota has authored training manuals, developed a comprehensive training system for the scheduling personnel, and is the co-author of the Supervision of Police Personnel HLC 2001 Study Guide.
