110pp. Some slight staining to leather. With broadside advertising Digest of Vermont Report by P.T. Washburn, 1844. Measures 7 1/4" x 10 1/2". Split in half. With a letter to Washburn N. Nicholson of Chester, VT dated July 26, 1842. Regarding copies of cases of which they are engaged together. Letter folded, one word obliterated.
