Supply Chain Management: Optimization of production planning control Under Supplier Risks Disruption

‘’There is no production without raw materials and there are no raw materials without supplier, these facts call to have a good supplier selection plan by eliminating all the major riks’’The industrial context has been profoundly modified in recent decades, companies are refocusing on what is their core competency, and keep the key elements of their value chain and outsource, subcontract or relocate other functions.
