About the Authors
Prof. Dr. Ayse Kucuk Yilmaz is a full-time Professor at Eskisehir Technical University, Turkey. She has over 25 years of experience as an academician, researcher, and administrator, including 6 years as an International Airport Business Manager and 8 years in various managerial roles. She has published over 30 books, more than 70 peer-reviewed journal articles, and over 50 conference papers. She also leads EU projects. Her expertise is in Management and Strategy: Enterprise Risk Management, Risk analysis, Leadership, Lean Management, Airport Management, Supply Chain Risk Management, Decision-Making, MCDM, Digital Transformation and Digital Technologies.
Prof. Dr. Marc Helmold (MBA) is a full-time Professor at IU Internationale Hochschule in Berlin. He teaches Bachelor, Master and MBA courses in Business Management, Operations Management, Lean Management, Quality Management and Leadership. He had several positions in executive leadership positions at OEMs in the automotive, railway and aviation industry. Since 2016 he has been Professor at the IU Internationale Hochschule in Berlin (Germany) and conducts Lean, Quality and Leadership workshops in his own consultancy.
Prof. Dr. Tracy Dathe is a full-time Business Management Professor at Macromedia University, Berlin, Germany. She has a rich background in finance, previously holding the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a multinational medium-sized automotive supplier. In this capacity, she oversaw commercial management across various legal entities in Germany, China, France, Italy, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Turkey and the USA.
