We are one of the largest independent bookstores in New Jersey, with more than 15,000 square feet of books. We carry both new and used books, and in Montclair Rare Books we have a large selection of Modern 1st editions, Americana, and other rarities. If ever in the New York City area, we are only a half hour away and well worth a visit. Shipping Terms

Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2 pounds. Domestically, the cost to us may vary very little, and we don't bother you about the occasional extra $1.00 we pay for Media Mail, but internationally, costs vary widely, and we may be forced to contact you to request additional shipping charges, which may be substantial if your book is expecially heavy or large. We always include packing slips, in order to discourage drop-shippers violating Abe's terms.
