Dans la premiere partie de ce travail nous presentons un etat des lieux de l'utilisation du CUSUM (CUmulative SUMmation) dans la surveillance des procedures chirurgicales et interventionnelles et plusieurs utilisation pratique du CUSUM, dans une demarche d'amelioration de la qualite. Dans la deuxieme partie de ce travail nous presentons un nouveau test de surveillance d'un processus hors controle, le test LC-CUSUM (Learning Curve-CUSUM), adapte au monitorage de la courbe d'apprentissage. Le test LC-CUSUM a ete developpe a la maniere de la procedure TOST (Two One-Sided Tests) utilisee pour les essais d'equivalence. Nous developpons d'abord les bases statistiques de ce test et nous presentons ensuite plusieurs applications pratiques.
