Unlike other moving books that give the opinion of one or two experts, How to Survive a Move includes words of wisdom from hundreds of people — both singles and families, nationwide — who have “been there, done that.” Millions of people have survived moving, and so can you!

About the Author
Jamie Allen is an editor and "chief headhunter" for the HUNDREDS OF HEADS survival guide series. He has worked as a producer in television news, and he spent five years as a senior writer and editor for CNN.com. Jamie survives his familys moves by pretending to know exactly what he is doing at all times, even when he doesnt have a clue. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
Kazz Regelman has moved to new houses, cities, states, countries, and even continents more times than she can count. Her family relocated several times while she was young, and she has no idea how to answer when people ask, "Where are you from?" Once, as an adult with no place to stay in between houses, she snuck into her office late at night and slept in the shadow of the copy machine. (She was not comfortable.) Kazz graduated from Princeton University, studied in Taiwan on a Fulbright Scholarship, and worked in Tokyo as a correspondent for Variety Magazine. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and daughter.
