Surviving the List Format: Cloth Over Boards

This story is an emotionally raw recounting of one woman's journey through psychological trauma and recovery. The author's unflinching examination of that journey recalls those years in a voice that is authentic; it is filled with pain and unconditional love. Inspired by true events, "Surviving the List" examines the protagonist's struggle to survive in the face of adversity, revealing a deep crack in her sense of self-worth. While at times told with a sense of humor, this story is more often a moving and heartbreaking read. And finally, a true celebration of the enduring nature of the human spirit.
