Jennifer Tharp is President of Mastodon Consulting in San Francisco, CA, USA. She uses project management to drive good corporate governance practices in regulatory compliance, strategic execution and sustainability. Ms. Tharp has over 20 years experience advising high-tech multinational corporations such as Genentech, Nikon, Vodafone and Thomson on technology infrastructure, organizational development, and change management.
