The present study throws light on the role of the service organizations in paving the way for sustainable development by following corporate social responsibility and environment management practices.The study area is at the peak of economic growth and there are enormous opportunities in the areas of tourism, education,medical,etc. Therefore it is imperative to explore the CSR and environment management practices to assess the role of service organizations towards sustainable development.

Dr. Deeksha Dave is working as Assistant Professor at IGNOU, New Delhi. Dr. Dave is M.Sc. Gold Medalist and holds dual Ph. D. from M.L.Sukhadia University,Udaipur. She has authored several books and contributed research papers in repute journals. Her areas of research interest are sustainable development,ecology and corporate social responsibility.
