In 1988, Publishers Weekly named the audio version of his first book, the original Don't Sweat the Small Stuff: P. S. It's ALL Small Stuff, "Best Audio" in the self-help genre, and Good Morning America called his book a "Hot Pick." Since then, he has been a guest on television and radio shows, including The Oprah Winfrey Show, Nightline, Larry King Live, and Good Morning America, serving as a regular behavioral science contributor. He also writes for and is frequently interviewed by fitness and health magazines, including Shape, Men's Health, Women's Health, and Weight Watchers Magazine.
