Original Cloth. Condition: Good. First Edition. The book appears to have been in some kind of lending library although there are no stamps or labels on it. The front panel of the boards has a four inch by two inch patch of label residue at the bottom and a few light stains. The spine has some edge rubbing and fraying at the top and bottom and there is rubbing and fraying to the corners. There is some discolouration to the rear panel. Page edges browned with some spotting. The front free-endpapers has been stuck to the front pastedown. Some of the pages have ragged edges with small pieces missing where they have been separated roughly and there is a little spotting and staining here and there but the pages are generally unmarked. Condition: Good. 1930. No edition remarks. 305 pages. Dust jacket covered in removable plastic wrapper over green cloth. Pages have mild foxing. Minor cracking to hinges and mild to gutters. Pencil inscription to front endpaper. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Mild tanning to spine, which has mild crushing and wear to ends. Mild warping to boards. Book has forward lean.
