Written in blue ink on first page reads, "Earl Barkholomen, Genera, Ohio, July 15, 1920, Edward A. Whrig, Marine P.O. Detroit Michigan, 1887 E. 82 St. Cleveland Ohio." Also written in pencil on the last page reads, "W. P. Wood, 624 W. 54, (city unreadable) Ohio, furnace work." Pages are very clean and complete. Binding is tight.
