Lightly soiled and worn blue boards with gilt print and pictorial plate on cover. Extremities are lightly rubbed. Binding is tight. Gift inscription at title page, previous owner's ex-libris at front pastedown. Tipped in at page facing title page is a letter from The University of Manitoba's Faculty of Management to an MLA at Manitoba's Legislature. Laid in is a stapled booklet on the Manitoba Legislative Building. Interior is clean and clear.
