Very Good+; sturdy floppy cloth covers have some creasing/rubbing and minor bumping to extremities; vol II seems the more used of the two, with more creasing to spine, tanning and a small stain to page edges (but only as seen with the book closed); else Fine. Hinges sound, spines straight, pages clean and bright. Each volume bears an address label, on the flyleaf, of Sandra A. Thompson, Professor Emerita of Linguistics at UC Santa Barbara. May require increased shipping price for priority and international orders.
