Second Edition, Entirely Re-Written. 23 x 15 cm. xxviii, 636 pages, plus 32 pages publishers list. Original cloth. Gilt title. Rebacked with new end papers. Very good condition. Binding with some shelf wear. Ex Library with some library stamps on title page. End papers, title page, first and last few pages damp stained and discoloured from the binding (see images). Edges dust dulled. Otherwise internally clean. A very good reading copy in a solid binding.
