1912 (1909) Revised English edition. 80pp. Good/None. Hard pictorial boards with minor rubbing/chipping to edges, minor loss to bottom of cloth spine, minor scuffing/soiling, minor creasing to back board. Contents clean & tight but for minor browning, minor splitting to hinges. B&W photos throughout. A genteel exercise programme for ladies from the early 20th century, comprising '15 minutes exercise a day for health's sake'. Jørgen Peter Müller (1866-1938) was a Danish gymnastics coach & author. He produced a number of exercise books starting with 'My System' in 1904. Many of his practices have since been accepted by the medical community and form part of modern day exercise routines. Scarce in this edition.
