Augustus Mitchell. H. Cowperthwait & Co, Philadelphia, 1855. Quarter leather binding. Slight spine rubbing with a 1" closed split to the top. The binding is sound with nice, firm hinges. Small repaired chip to page 15 with minimal loss to the text, small corner missing from page 165 with slight text loss. All engravings present. A decent example of a scarce book.
