A System Of Temporal Retribution, Vindicated By Various Considerations, Drawn From Scripture And Observation (1841)

""A System of Temporal Retribution"" is a book written by William Thomas Wishart in 1841. The book argues for the existence of a divine system of justice that rewards good behavior and punishes bad behavior in this life, rather than in the afterlife. Wishart supports his argument with evidence from both scripture and observation, citing examples of individuals who have experienced either blessings or hardships as a direct result of their actions. The book is written in a scholarly style and is intended for a religious audience interested in exploring the concept of divine justice. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
