Systemic Coaching: Coaching With Whole Person With Meta-coaching

If Coaching isn't holistic, it is not truly coaching. True coaching is systemic by nature and design. Yet most coaches today do not coach systemically, in fact, most have not been trained to think

and work systemically and do not have systemic models to work with. Systemic Coaching changes all of that. It enables a professional coach to discover what it means to think and work systemically. It describes how to use the Matrix Model as a systems model and to "follow a client's energy through his or her system." In this work, you'll learn the key variables in the human mind-body-emotion system, and how to distinguish the causes from symptoms, how to recognize the information in energy out loops, and much more. Includes transcripts of scores of coaching conversations by L. Michael Hall, Ph.D. and see them put into system diagrams by Pascal Gambardella, Ph.D. Systemic Coaching introduces Meta-Coaching in the field of Coaching as the most systematic approach to coaching.
