Mr. Quanhas 36 years of experience developing antennas and systems for radar andcommunication applications. He retired from Raytheon where he was the Technical Lead andTechnical Director responsible for the design and development of advancedphased array architectural system concepts, 3-D stacked TR module packages,array beamformers, and interconnects for microwave multi-chip board assemblies.He has been awarded 71 US patents onantennas and antenna systems.

Enson Chang, Ph.D.

Dr.Chang has 30 years of experience in the end-to-end performance simulation anddevelopment of advanced remote sensing technologies, including radar, sonar,low-frequency electromagnetics, and optical sensors. He has also developedsignal processing solutions for SAR and for digitalbeam forming arrays. He was worked forApplied Signal Technology in Torrance, CA as Technical Fellow. He is currently an Assistant Professor in physics at AzusaPacific University. Dr. Chang has published dozens of articles andconference papers on physics and radar systems.
