BINDING: Hardbound in tan paper covered boards with black lettering on the front cover and spine and a silhouette of T. Roosevelt on the front cover, 353 pages. DUST JACKET: No jacket. BOOK CONDITION: Chipping at spine ends, corners worn to boards and some overall soiling but binding is tight, interior clean. DESCRIPTION: 400 illustrations by leading cartoonists of the daily and weekly press all over the world.
