T.E.M.P. Temporary Emotional Management Program a de-escalation curriculum

De-escalation is as much of an art as a science. Without the proper training the day to day staff are left to instinct and initiative to help out clients in Mental Health, Chemical addiction and Social Work evironments. Overwhelmed people need a trained care provider to assist them in getting through their temporary condition , and get them to a point to make better decisions. this curriculum, serves as a basis for your staff to train to de-escalate the emotionally overwhelmed and better serve your client, patients, and comsumers.
