The covers are rubbed, with heavy bumping to the edges and corners. Rip to back spine edge with fraying and showing binding, tanned page edges with some markings, crack to inside cover hinges, last couple of pages loose. Mild foxing to page edges and mild throughout book. The binding is firm. The pages otherwise appear clean and crease free with tanning. This book has 464 pages. All in all a nice example of this book.
