11 pp, paper wraps. Wraps detached, totally divided and fully split between front and back wrap, front wrap chipped on left side and slightly to bottom right side, paper age toned and slightly brittle, small tears by the staples, pages split on the fold but just about holding in places, few small tears / nicks, slight creasing. Uncommon.
