Contained in Auction, Vol. 1, No. 3, December 1967. Pp. 16(including wrappers), illustrated; small demy 4to; pictorial paper wrappers, stapled, faintly soiled and slightly creased and chipped, with a small posting label addressed to Don Bloch on the lower wrapper; a little light creasing; Parke-Bernet Galleries Inc., New York, 1967. *Carter's article, on pages 2-3, is a summary of the Wise exposure, 'the most spectacular explosion in the long history of the rare book market'. The article ends with a description of Sir Maurice Pariser's collection of Wiseiana, which is included in the list of sales 'Coming Up' advertised on page 15. Loosely inserted is an unused bookplate of The Donald Beaty Bloch Collection. (Bloch was an American book collector and dealer in Denver, Colorado).
