An essential book for afficionados of the American rifle. Beige cloth over boards with gilt particulars to spine. The most recent date present on the copyright page is 1964. Profuse black-and-white photographs, illustrations, and maps alongside text throughout. Boards are lightly soiled; corners are bumped. Light foxing to edges of text block. Pages are clean, bright and unmarked. Binding is tight and square. Dust jacket is clean with moderate toning and wear to edges and a small open tear to spine. 9 x 12 inches.
