About the Author
Neal Layton studied Graphic Design and Illustration at Newcastle University and Central Saint Martins School of Art. He is the illustrator of Boing! and Weird, Wild and Wonderful by James Carter, among many other acclaimed children’s books.
James Carter is an award-winning children’s poet, non-fiction writer, and musician. He is the author of the CLiPPA-shortlisted poetry collection Zim Zam Zoom! (illustrated by Nicola Colton), Boing! (illustrated by Neal Layton), and Weird, Wild and Wonderful: The Poetry World of James Carter (also with Neal Layton), written for older readers.
