El presente trabajo de investigaci�n, pretende analizar el impacto en la calidad en el servicio percibido por los estudiantes de la Licenciatura de Administraci�n de la Universidad de Sonora Unidad Regional Centro, mediante la implementaci�n de una tecnolog�a de informaci�n y comunicaci�n, que permita digitalizar los tr�mites escolares.
