Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. This is the story of a great editor of the newspaper The San Francisco Bulletin, Fremont Older and also of a young man who became a reporter for the newspaper. The condition is very good. It would be classified as near fine except for the last chapter which has pages folded at corners and orange underlining of certain sentences. The yellow and brown hard cover is in fine condition. The corners are sharp and the binding is tight. The DJ shows an illustration of a cable car at the top of a hill overlooking the bay. It is in very good condition with a few small tears on the bottom front. It is covered in a plastic sleeve. Seller Inventory # 001229
