GOOD book. VG+ text. NO aging, foxing, marginalia, etc. Rebacked, preserving the original black cloth boards. SHABBY COVER. Sound rebacking but done with no author/title/publisher info. IN ADDITION: both inner hinge papers cracked, hinges still sound. Still, nice text block & no loose leaves make for a very useful book. GOOD book. VG+ text. 2nd edition, 10"x7", xvi,664pp.

Shipping terms
Buyer should purchase insurance for $200+ books, which may not be available for overseas shipping. Rates within US are $6 for USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelope, $11-14 for Priority Mail flat rate medium size boxes. Overseas rates are $33 ($23 to Canada) for Priority Mail flat rate envelope(4# max), much more for boxes. WE pay the first $2 of all Media Mail shipments. Heavy books and multi volume orders may require extra postage. For all other shipping methods contact us. RETURNABLE within reasonable time. We never use padded mailers, just well padded very strong boxes, and descriptions are conservative. So our return rate is less than 1 in 1000
