[xii]+210+[2](blank, colophon), frontispiece, 9 plates, the title page printed in red & black, appendices; demy 8vo; red cloth, spine lettered in black, boards faintly scuffed, spine slightly soiled; book label of David Levine, Sydney, and bookseller's sticker on upper pastedown, scattered foxing, heavy at times; William Hodge & Company, Edinburgh, 1914[?]. Probably a later printing. Notable English Trials series. *Mary Blandy was tried at the Oxford Assizes in 1752 for the murder of her father, Francis Blandy.
