Paris: Izdanie Soiuza Tsarskikh Oprichnikov, 1923. Octavo (23 × 15 cm). Original printed wrappers; 28, 8 pp. Stamps of the Mladoross Organization library in Paris. Spine covered with opaque tape; the fragile wrappers somewhat chipped and tearing along tape edge; text toned; still good or better. This issue reproduces previously unpublished material that asserts that Tsar Nicholas II survived and was saved along with his entire family. The supposed witness, and the author of these recollections, is a certain Captain Poliakov, who asserts that he met and conversed with the Tsar after learning about his fate in a letter in 1922 and embarking on a long and difficult search for the ruler. Bound with a previously unpublished 8 pp. essay printed in Belgrade, entitled "The Russian truth about the autocratic Tsar." Laid in is a typewritten description, most likely by Aleksei P. Struve, the Paris bibliographer and book dealer, who describes the journal and notes that no further issues were published. Extremely uncommon, with no copies located at past Russian or Western auctions. KVK, OCLC only show one other copy (the second issue), at Nanterre. We can trace only one complete set worldwide, at the Czech National Library.…

freibleibend und es besteht kein Lieferzwang. Die Bücher werden sorgfältig beschrieben, wobei kleinere
Mängel nicht immer ausdrücklich vermerkt aber stets im Preis berücksichtigt sind. Preise verstehen sich
in EUR, zzgl. der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer von z.Z. 7% für Bücher bzw. 19% für Handschriften. Im Inland werden bis zu einem Bestellwert
150 EUR Versandkosten von zwischen 5 und 10 EUR berechnet, ansonsten erfolgt die Lieferung
versandkostenfrei. Ins Ausland erfolgt der Versand per FedEx, sofern keine anderweitigen Vereinbarungen gemacht werden.
Als privater Verbraucher haben Sie ein Widerrufsrecht nach § 312d BGB, Abs. 1 Satz 1. Sie können den
Kaufvertrag innerhalb von einem Monat nach Erhalt der Ware ohne Angaben von Gründen schriftlich (per
Email oder Brief) oder durch Rücksendung der Ware widerrufen. Zur Wahrung der Widerrufspflicht
genügt die rechtzeitige Absendung der Ware oder des Widerrufs. Die Ware ist gut verpackt und als Paket
zu versenden. Können Sie uns die empfangene Leistung nicht oder nur in verschlechtertem Zustand
zurückgewähren, müssen Sie uns insoweit Wertersatz leisten. Wertersatz müssen Sie leisten, insofern
die Verschlechterung der Ware auf einen Umgang mit der Sache zurückgeht, der über deren Prüfung
hinausgeht (ein Ausprobieren der Ware, wie es etwa im Ladengeschäft möglich ist). Sofern der Preis der
Ware einen Betrag von 40 EUR nicht übersteigt, und die Ware der bestellten entspricht, trägt der Kunde
die Kosten der Rücksendung, anderenfalls erfolgt die Rücksendung kostenfrei. Rechnungen sind
innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt ohne Abzug zahlbar. Bei Neukunden behalten wir uns Lieferung nur
gegen Vorauskasse vor. Eigentumsvorbehalt gemäß § 455 BGB. Erfüllungsort und ausschließlicher
Gerichtsstand für beide Seiten ist Berlin.

Foreign orders are shipped according to prior arrangement. Any foreign order exceeding EUR 1000 requires 2-3 days for customs processing.
