Description:
Blue cloth over boards with gilt decoration in gilt-rule to spine and gilt tile and decorative gilt rule in debossed decorative rule. Very light scattered foxing to pages throughout, soiling to center of illustration at page 3, and ink shadow to facing pages of illustrations throughout. All edges gilt. Text block has shelf wear and scattered spots of soiling. Endpages have writing in pencil to top edge of front pastedown and diamond sticker to lower edge of rear pastedown. Boards have foxing particularly to front cover and along right edge of spine, soiling to rear cover, and bumping, rubbing and tearing to edges, corners and ends of spine. One loose page, but binding is otherwise sound. Seller Inventory # 62160
