Take Back Control of Your Life Now: So you can enjoy more balance, healthy relationships and happiness

This is more than just a book, it is a blueprint to help you take back control of your life.

Anne McKeown, Master Life Coach and Founder of 2Mpower.co knows what it feels like to lack direction and motivation. She says "after years as a stay at home mum, I believed I had nothing to offer the world. I felt lost." Reaching breaking point in mid life she tells us that she knew she had a choice - to experience a breakdown or a breakthrough, and so began her journey of self empowerment. Once she realised what she was doing wrong, she changed direction and began to flourish. She has spent the last 5 years documenting everything she learned and has developed a process that empowers women to take back control of their life so they feel happier and stronger every day. Follow the teachings in this book and watch the positive ripple effect on your confidence, your family, your work and your life.
