The covers are dark blue and shiny and have minor wear on the faces and some around the edges. The spine is tight with minor wear but no creases. The pages are white with little wear and no marks with great flow-chart progressive care suggestions for each topic. Ten chapters plus 20 appendices on specific problems and possible helps. WE accept CHECKS, POSTAL & COMMERCIAL MONEY ORDERS, and ECOMMERCE through ABEBOOKS.COM. We will hold checks for up to seven working days to ensure validity and ship immediately thereafter. We do not at this time accept any credit cards at the store. All payments must be in American dollars. We accept returns of books within 10 days of receipt but only if the book is not as described.

Shipping charges are kept to a minimum and reflect the buyer's request (either media rate or priority). U.S. Media rate (7-15 days) $2.50 1st book and $1.00 each additional. U.S. Priority rate (3-6 days) $5.50 1st book and $2.50 each additional. Please inquire via e-mail about international rates. International first class rate is used whenever possible. Insurance is available and advisable for $1.50 - $2.00 and U.S. Postal tracking for orders within the US is available for $1.50. We provide free postal tracking on domestic mail on orders over $5.00. MEDIA MAIL RATE POSTAGE IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $100.00!
