Publisher - Collins, London, 1959. Presumed 2nd impression. Originally published 1958. The ninth Jennings book. Very good condition book, salmon coloured boards with black lettering to spine, browning to top page edges and a little foxing to fore edges, tanning to endpapers. Previous owner's name (school name) in ink to ffep. Illustrated by Mays with colour frontispiece, vignette title page, and four full page b/w illustrations. Book is square and solidly bound. Clipped pictorial jacket has moderate shelf wear with creasing and small chips to edges, and creasing to spine. Price label showing 5/- to front flap. Seller Inventory # ABE-1612434876365
