Let's Take Our Job Back: Is the hope of the future hidden in the practices of our past?

In Let’s Take Our Job Back, you’re invited to rediscover a bold, original vision. One that the early followers of Jesus didn’t just believe, but built their lives around. They understood His words in Matthew 25,“the least of these,” not as a suggestion, but as a strategy.

For centuries, the Church led the way in caring for people. Feeding the hungry. Healing the sick. Educating the next generation. It wasn’t a side ministry. It was the mission. But somewhere along the way, that responsibility shifted. Outsourced. Delegated. Replaced.

Today, we’re left with a sobering question. Have we reduced the Church to a gathering… instead of a movement?

This book is a call to clarity and a call to action.

What if we returned to the original blueprint? What if every church took responsibility for its city? What if we measured success not just by attendance, but by impact?

And perhaps the most important question of all remains. If your church disappeared tomorrow… would your community notice? Not just the people who attend—but the people who don’t.

Practical, challenging, and deeply hopeful, Let’s Take Our Job Back will help you reimagine what the Church can be and rediscover the role it was always meant to play.

It’s time to take responsibility again.
It’s time to take our job back.
