Emmanuel Fragni�re is a Professor of Service Innovation and Risk Management at the Institute of Tourism, School of Management Valais-Wallis (HES-SO), Switzerland. His work focuses on sustainable service systems in tourism and energy, with publications in Management Science and the European Journal of Operational Research.

George Sullivan is a federal contracting expert and attorney with over 17 years' experience in the defense and energy sectors. He advises public and private entities on compliance, procurement and energy resilience.

Lo�c Viret is a Swiss entrepreneur and energy storage specialist who develops large-scale renewable projects. He lectures at EPFL and HES and received the 2023 Industry 4.0 Award, 'The Shapers', for innovation in French-speaking Switzerland.
