This is a nice rare childrens Reading Readiness Book and part of the Language Arts Series called Take Off, copyright 1948, HARD COVER, no dust jacket, Carolyn M. Welch (formerly acting supervisor) and illustrations by Clara Ernst. The book has usual school library stamps, slight must odor, light fraying on bottom edges and bumped corners, otherwise in good plus condition with tight binding, wonderful color illustrations and 48 pages. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
